Located near the Grossmünster in an historic building, this restaurant is renowned for its cheese fondue. Dip into this traditional Swiss dish, which many say is the best to be found in Zurich, or branch out with a range of other hearty specialties, mostly hailing from conaton Vaud. Besides fondue, Le Dézaley offers Krautwurst, snails, Zürcher Geschnetzeltes (finely sliced meat in a creamy sauce) and butter-baked perch fillet, as well as seasonal dishes featuring game such as venison and asparagus. There's an appealing Vaudoise wine list and a range of snacks for those with smaller appetites.
