Popular with locals and visitors alike and situated between vines and allotments, Restaurant Die Waid offers by far the best views of Zurich. After almost completely burning down shortly after the millennium, the reconstructed building now offers two restaurants - the classy Jahreszeiten and the more down-to-earth Wok-Beiz - as well as a small bar area between the two. It can easily be fully booked on any sunny day, and reservations are definitely recommended for their abundant Sunday brunch.
