Zurich OpenAir is a straight-up festival in a field – think 3,000 tents in a 95,000 square metre patch near the airport. It may not have the renown of welly-donning affairs like British Glastonbury, but its line-up of indie, electronic and rock musicians is always enviable.
This year, Zurich OpenAir boasts a great line-up of national and international bands. Headliners for 2017 include Mumford & Sons, First Aid Kit, The Kooks, Major Lazer, Birdy, Kygo, The XX and The Prodigy.
