Open for just a month, this pop-up bar and restaurant promises quality (and reasonably priced) Thai streetfood with many ingredients imported directly from Thailand. On the menu are dishes including Sai Grob Brio (fermented pork sausage), Pla Tort Sahm Rot (fried rainbow trout), Phak Buung Fai Daeng (wok fried water spinach) and, for afters, nitrogen ice cream. Drinks range from Thai iced tea to cocktails using ingredients such as lemongrass, Thai basil and a peanut-Bourbon infusion.
