Voted the world’s best après-ski bar by one magazine, Farinet Après Ski in Verbier does post-piste fun like few others. Live music every night, a daily happy hour, obligatory bar dancing… you’ll be riotously revelling before the sun even sets. And because it’s attached to a hotel, the party doesn’t stop there. Pop into the Lounge Bar for cocktails by the fire and a fine line-up of DJ events, before ending your night dancing to the diverse sounds at in-house club South.

Good times meet food times at the Cry d’Er Club d’Altitude in Crans-Montana. Situated at a dizzying 2,200m up, its outdoor terrace is the perfect place to dance yourself warm, offering sublime views of the surrounding mountains, while inside Le Club has room for up to 500 revellers. Fuel up between ski sessions at its La Table or self-service restaurants, while the cosy modern bar offers the perfect setting for a review of the day’s action on the slopes.

Zermatt’s only ski-in and ski-out hotel is also home to some of its hippest après-ski action. With majestic views across to the Matterhorn, Cervo’s terrace is the place to soak up the sun, sip on something warming and explore a menu of tasty Alpine-style tapas that you might find yourself reluctant to share. You’ll also encounter live music sessions, DJs, special events and, in the lounge bar, a blazing fireplace to cosy up to.
