After launching and then closing within the space of a few weeks due to the Covid-19 chaos, this slick cocktail bar is back in business. Prohibition era-style covert speakeasies are the big influence on La Vestibule, and you’ll be forgiven for thinking you’ve entered a cute bookshop when you first step through the door – but a quick look at the drinks menu will reassure that booze, rather than books, is very much the focus here. Finely mixed cocktails are the main draw, but you’ll also find beer, wine and even absinthe for those times when you need something a little stronger. Whatever you’re drinking, it’s a cool and cosy space with plenty of bohemian charm.
