It seemed funny and extraordinary when this place named itself 08/15, a German expression for plain and common. But the bar that is located so conveniently next to the main station soon became crowded with bankers and commuters - exactly those common people it was trying to mock. Cleary an economic success, the bar is not every local's favourite and can be so crowded after working hours that there is literally no way in.
