K B Herath’s drama Jagan Ma ("mother universe") revolves around a tragedy, which affects those who attempt to challenge the very existence of nature. It communicates the message that all men are part of nature but not the guardian or controller.
Playing the key roles are Rathna Lalani Jayakody, Sampath Tennekoon, Indika Ferdinando, Madhanie Malwatta and Lanka Bandaranayake. The production manager is Jude Srimal and music direction is handled by Shantha Peiris.
