Deegeka Awith Kandoskiriyawa

The story revolves around a Returning Officer at a polling station during an election and the ensuing chaos. Two clerks and a Returning Officer at the polling centre have to listen to the distress of the people who come to cast their votes, while Mrs Gajasinghe (played by Malini Weeramuni) boasts about her family background. Directed by Namel Weeramuni, a veteran in Sri Lankan theatre, the cast of this comical satire includes: Wijeratna Warakagoda, Daya Tennakoon, Malini Weeramuni, Grace Ariyawimal and Seneth Dikkumbura.
