The inspiration behind the name is the curved design of the bar. The deep purple and silver interior radiates a chilled and relaxed ambience to enjoy the authentic tapas range, lunch specials, a refreshing beverage menu and ice cream specials.
There is a distinctive menu at Curve with authentic tapas. Crab croquettes, salt and pepper squid with aioli, jamón bruschetta, patatas bravas and tortilla are among the many exciting dishes featured. The sandwiches, ideal for a quick lunch or a light dinner, are made with your choice of bread, such as panini or wraps. Only home-made ice creams are served at Curve and they come in several exciting flavours like Burnt Caramel, Chai Tea and many others. The sorbets offered come in Spiced Apple and Strawberry flavours. The Vault at the Curve features a unique single malt and cigar bar.
While during the day the ambience is very relaxed, when the sun goes down Curve comes alive with mood lighting and live music. From Wednesday to Saturday, from 9pm onwards, the place pulsates with a mix of neo-jazz and soul, and renditions of 80's and 90's hits by young musicians and iconic figures of Colombo's music scene.
