In yoga philosophy, pratyahara literally means ‘the withdrawal of senses’. So when we take away our ability to see (temporarily, of course), we consciously draw our awareness away from the external world and focus on body and mind. Try this slow flow class where you’ll practice yoga – but blindfolded. Enjoy a tea session afterwards to reflect upon your newly found calmness. Namaste.
This class is held at Farrer Road (exact address to be provided after booking).
