A strenuous work-life balance is likely to jolt you off centre – don’t worry though, you’re not the only one in need of a mental and emotional reset. With this year’s Wellness Festival Singapore happening from June 17 to July 9, it’s time to take charge of your own life with this three-week festival. From sound baths to fitness classes, this specially curated lineup is centred around the important facets of life: emotional and mental wellness, fitness, and lifestyle. Here’s how to finally make yourself top priority with the Wellness Festival Singapore.

Put your well-being first with Wellness Festival Singapore 2023

Whether it’s self-discovery you’re seeking or a much-needed retreat from your hectic schedule, these three weeks are filled with plenty of activities, from a variety of fitness workouts to experiences for holistic well-being. 

Head down to the Wellness Experience Space at Marina Bay Sands’ Event Plaza – this free pop-up has everything from an active arena with cathartic punching bags to an aptly-named ASMR wonderland and delectable healthy bites offered by Frozt, Wake the Crew, and Love Handle. Stroll along the mirror scent trail to catch a whiff of three unique scents that represent everyday life, or try out a unique sound bath jamming experience. There’ll also be a series of ticketed masterclasses to choose from, all held in a space with a sweeping backdrop of the Marina Bay area to help find your inner zen.

Make sure to also sign up for other wellness experiences happening around our sunny island. With an Unwind: Qigong, Sound & Scent workshop (June 30), ease yourself into an evening of Qigong exercises, guided meditation, and a sound bath experience. Those who want more of the sound bath experience should go for the Sound Bath Meditation (July 8) that’s held at the MBS Event Plaza, featuring Tibetan singing bowls and gongs – you’re sure to enter a resounding state of calm. 

The Cacao Ceremony (June 22, now sold out) is equally soothing, where you’ll gather together to drink cacao while setting off into a journey of deep relaxation. There’ll also be guided visualisation, a sound bath, and an intention setting session. Other mindful wellness experiences include Vinyasa Yoga (multiple dates across June and July) held at the Marina Bay Sands Rain Oculus, and even a fun Recycled Oil Soap-Making (June 24 and July 7) workshop. If finding new ways to stay fit is what drives you, then try the Beats Therapy Performance by Sphere (June 19). This workout session brings together HIIT and Met-con, all set to a thematic live DJ set, and is certain to get your heart pumping.
