Bedrock Bar and Grill is bringing food-and-whisky pairing to the spotlight with its one-night-only dinner experience. The 5-course dinner will feature whiskeys from the renowned Old Forester and Woodford Reserve distilleries, paired with plates of smoky meats. Expect roasted pork belly with celeriac remoulade and melon dressing, paired with Old Forester Statesman, or the wood-fired grilled dry-aged striploin served with the Woodford Reserve Master Collection Brandy Cask.
