Local Singaporean TikToker Daren Teo, more commonly known by his online moniker The Pantry Boy, will be embarking on a collaboration with the restaurant Entrepôt for a four-hands menu next month. Teo has over 226,000 followers on TikTok, and mainly uploads food content. He is most known for his simple home recipes, with popular videos including tutorials on how to make Hainanese Chicken Rice, braised pork belly, katsudon, soto ayam and more.
This August, he will be teaming up with Anglo-Asian restaurant Entrepôt at Robertson House to launch a National Day menu called “Onward Singapore”, where beloved national dishes like chilli crab and satay will be given a contemporary twist. The full four-hands menu will be available at Entrepôt for dinner on August 2 and 3, while selected dishes from the menu will be available for both lunch and dinner from August 5 to 18.
On top of that, you can dine for a good cause on August 2 and 3, because 20% of the proceeds from the dinners happening on both days will go to Youth-REKA to help disadvantaged youths. CapitaLand Hope Foundation will also match the donation dollar for dollar.
