The Great Grill Out by Guinness fires up again for an ultimate BBQ festival

Participating restaurants that are grilling up a storm this year include popular roast joint Camp Kilo Charcoal Club, American barbecue restaurant Red Eye Smokehouse, Sidecar Sausages and Meatsmith. They are putting an innovative spin on the usual grilled fare by incorporating the famous stout into exclusive creations. And it’s more than just a playground for meat-lovers – Bib Gourmand-listed Man Man is plating up its famed unagi while the people from Frank Food Company prove that veggies have a place on the barbecue too.

Dine with Ian Colgan, a Guinness beer sommelier, as he brings diners through a special five-course food pairing menu ($68/ pax). Expect dishes curated by participating restaurants, paired exclusively with Open Gate Brewery beers from Dublin. Be one of the few to taste these beers in Singapore.

Beyond the impressive grilled feast, a series of masterclasses are also taking place during the festival.
