Hot off the grill
Participating restaurants that are grilling up a storm this year include popular roast joint Camp Kilo Charcoal Club, American barbecue restaurant Red Eye Smokehouse, Sidecar Sausages and Meatsmith. They are putting an innovative spin on the usual grilled fare by incorporating the famous stout into exclusive creations. And it’s more than just a playground for meat-lovers – Bib Gourmand-listed Man Man is plating up its famed unagi while the people from Frank Food Company prove that veggies have a place on the barbecue too.
