Did you know that cyanotype is one of the oldest photograohic printing processes in history? First introduced in the 1840s, this photographic printing process produces prints in a distinctive Prussian-blue hue due to exposure to ultraviolet light. Take your little one to Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum and spark their curiosity at the cyanotype workshop conducted by the museum and STPI, as part of a special collaboration. Not only will they learn the fundamentals of cyanotype and create their very own rich cobalt blue prints, but they will also get the chance to explore the musuem's specimens and organic materials.
