Thanksgiving with Meatsmith Telok Ayer

Thanksgiving Day might not be a national holiday on our sunny island, but that shouldn’t stop us from having a festive meal to celebrate. As per its tradition, Meatsmith at Telok Ayer will offer a special Thanksgiving menu ($98), featuring the usual suspects like smoked turkey, pan-roasted Brussels sprouts with chestnuts and onions, sweet potato casserole, biscuits, corn bread, and pumpkin pie. While Thanksgiving meals typically take place at night, you can also start the celebrations early with the special lunch plate ($28).
