Svay Sareth: The Breath of Change

Take a gander at the installation comprising approximately 180 soft-sculpture water lilies and single-channel video work at Svay Sareth's first solo exhibition in the Lion City. Both these works are anchored on this Cambodian artist's personal narratives and connotations of the water lily and sunflower plants, and enfold and interweave memories and personal history with encounters of present-day Cambodia and its entanglement with foreign interest.
