Time Out says

Whether you’re a storyteller or an avid reader, celebrate the timeless art of storytelling at the Singapore Writers Festival, back for its latest edition from November 8 to 17. Expect over 200 programmes in various languages that celebrate the diversity of stories from Singapore and beyond. The festival features both free entry and ticketed events, spanning several venues and times – choose from hundreds of exciting curated events. Lovers of Korean webtoons must check out the K-Comics World Tour exhibition – Choi Gyu Seok and Kwang Jin, the authors behind popular series like Hellbound and Itaewon Class, will also make a special appearance. If you’re more of a hands-on person, head to a bookmaking workshop or pick up some screenwriting techniques for your next sci-fi novel. Look forward to exclusive book launches and thought-provoking discussions with more than 300 presenters, including 40 international names. Check out the full programme here.
