The much-anticipated seventh edition of Sentosa GrillFest is back with over 30 vendors and four food zones, serving everything from smoked meats and flame-kissed sides to freshly grilled seafood and even charred desserts. Feast on dry-aged beef burgers and beautifully seared short ribs. For surf without the turf, chow down on freshly charred Boston lobsters served with addictive garlic butter.

Over at the international village zone, expect to get a taste of tacos, tandoori, and more bites from a range of cuisines. Grab a tiramisu cone or head to the brew island zone for craft beers from Clumzy Plumzy x Sigcoco or favourites like Chang.
