Mun San Fook Tuck Chee temple is commemorating its 150th anniversary by holding a three-day celebration. Included in the festivities is a cultural workshop that touches on the history and culture of Tu Di Ye Ye, or the ‘God of the Earth’. On the third day, be treated to a fire dragon performance by the Sar Kong Mun San Fook Tuck Chee Lion Dance Troupe: a dragon plaited from straw is filled with joss sticks, then set alight and paraded up and down the surrounding streets.
