Time Out says

Local diners will be familiar with the name Cut by Wolfgang Puck, the one-Michelin starred New York-style steakhouse that's known for its bold flavours and extensive wine list offering more than 500 names. For this year's World's 50 Best event, it will be teaming up with Mexican restaurant Quintonil (number 11 on World's 50 Best Restaurants 2018). At Quintonil, chef-owner Jorge Vallejo is committed to showcasing the best of Mexico's produce, and he follows through by using only vegetables and greens picked from the restaurant's garden. Vallejo will join Cut's executive sous chef Brandon Galitz at Marina Bay Sands to unveil a one-night-only menu specifically created for the event.
