Palate Sensations

One of the early tenants in the Wessex colonial lifestyle hub off Portsdown Road, Palate Sensations is a hands-on cooking school with instructors from famed local restaurants as well as ethnic cuisine experts. The types of cuisine taught here include French, Italian and Asian (such as Thai, Chinese and Japanese). Its pastry classes are popular and there are also basic mixology and drinks-making classes. Its 30-seater studio is available for booking, with and without chef services.
