Food is one of the basic necessities of life. But with climate change (yes, it’s real), we have to think out of the box to create a more sustainable way of securing food on a healthy planet. Bounce off ideas and solutions at the third edition of the NTU CCA IdeasFest. This year’s event is titled is FOOD Eat. Secure. Sustain., taking a deep dive into the effect of various technologies on traditional food practices and culinary techniques, as well as the various food systems which include farming, waste management, and supply infrastructures. The event aims to stimulate cross-disciplinary dialogues with Singapore's aspiration to meet 30 percent of its nutritional requirements domestically by 2030 collectively and individually. Join in the conversation through a line-up of mind-picking programmes including a conference, workshops, site visits and research on display.
