Time Out says

Clearly, Singaporeans are in dire need of some rest and relaxation. After all, we've just been named the most fatigued nation in the world. The potential solution? A guided forest bathing experience at the one and only Shiseido Forest Valley at Jewel Changi Airport.

Forest bathing is a Japanese practice that's rooted in the concept of reconnecting with nature and rediscovering oneself. As the name suggests, that involves immersing in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest. You may have heard of the virtual forest bathing tour that will transport you to Kyoto's Sacred Mountain, but you can now get the same benefits in-person, right here on Singapore soil.

Changi Airport has collaborated Xiu Nature Connections to bring this unique experience to Singapore with Mornings in the Woods. For a limited time only, head to the idyllic Shiseido Forest Valley and bask in the lushness of the space. The two-hour event will be hosted by certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide Yap Youmin, who will provide structure to the experience, while leaving space for you to open your mind and body to the relaxing sensations of the forest.

Held from 8am to 10am on September 12, 16, 24 and October 2 2021, Mornings in the Woods is available at $81.15 per person. Get more information at xiunatureconnections.com and get your tickets at eventbrite.sg.
