Mizuno Ekiden

In its second instalment, the Ekiden relay race offers an experience that focuses on teamwork, perseverance and performance – all very Japanese ideals, we gotta say. With that in mind, you and three pals take turns wearing traditional tasuki sashes to complete full or half marathons. Snack on Japanese tidbits and soak in cultural activities at the Matsuri Festival race village (also the starting and finishing lines, and transition area) during and after the run.
