Chef Vania Ghedini from one Michelin-starred Oro at Hotel Cipriani kicks things off with Venetian flair from January 14 to 18; Chef Roberto Toro from one Michelin-starred Otto Geleng at Grand Hotel Timeo presents lively Sicilian dishes from January 21 to 25; Chef Daniele Sera from Tosca at Castello di Casole brings a Tuscan farm-to-table experience to Singapore from February 4 to 8; and Chef Armando Aristarco from Ristorante Belvedere at Caruso takes you on a comforting, traditional journey down the Amalfi Coast from February 11 to 15.
