Time Out says

Fill your Chinese New Year celebrations with a series of interactive activities at the National Museum of Singapore. Make your own floral decorations for the festive season at the A Lighter Side Of History: Heaven, Earth, Man workshop. You’ll get to create your own pieces with auspicious flowers from the museum’s William Farquhar Collection of Natural History Drawings. Try your hand in Auspicious Blooms crafts activity, where you can create your own paper flower arrangement as well as decorative vases inspired by the museum’s collection. Don’t miss out on the Lion Dance performance that will take place at the Main Entrance from 12pm to 12.30pm as well!
