Fans of Japanese whiskey? Get on board the gin train with cocktail bar Last Word, which is hosting Japanese gin label Ki No Bi’s Christmas pop-up this month. For the holidays, Ki No Bi has released its limited edition Edition G – a dry gin with warm buttery oak and wood spice aromas laced with vanilla, caramel and burnt toffee flavours. Only 120 bottles are available in Singapore, with limited quantities for purchase at the cocktail bar. For the pop-up, sip on four Ki No Bi cocktails that are specially curated for the event. Sencha is a tea-based concoction filled with sencha and chamomile while Winter Brew is a Japanese twist to a New York Sour with mulled wine and fresh yuzu peels.
