Let the countdown begin: just one more week and the National Gallery is, at long last, set to fling open its doors. In celebration of the momentous event, the museum is offering free entry to exhibitions for the first two weeks: Siapa Nama Kamu? at the DBS Singapore Gallery and Between Declarations and Dreams at the UOB Southeast Asia Gallery.
On top of that, there are over 20 free events taking place in or around the Gallery. If you have time to check them all out, we recommend you do so – the full list of events can be viewed here – but if not, here are the top five happenings you should head over for. Entrance to the Gallery during the Opening Celebrations is free but you'll still need a ticket.
