Mark your calendars down from July 27 to August 5 for The Balvenie presents The Maker’s Table, a multi-sensory pop-up held at Mandala Club. Here, experience a whisky pairing menu that’s specially curated by Michelin-starred Restaurant JAG all while savouring the well-loved expressions of The Balvenie – you’ll even try a dram of the highly sought after Balvenie French Oak 16 Year Old.

Sip and savour a whisky pairing menu

Specially for The Maker’s Table, Chef-Owner Jeremy Gillion of Restaurant JAG has curated a series of four canapés to be paired with three select expressions: The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year Old, The Balvenie ‘The Week of Peat’ 14 Year Old, and The Balvenie French Oak 16 Year Old. Take the time to sip and savour each of the three pours – The Balvenie is known for its complex but beautifully balanced single malts.

Experience The Balvenie’s Five Rare Crafts

You will also enjoy a first-hand experience of the century-old whisky distillery’s Five Rare Crafts through exploratory tables and installations. Embark on a journey from barley to bottle, where each craft is brought to life through sight, smell, taste and touch. Discover how each of the Five Rare Crafts help produce the profile, equality, and essence of The Balvenie whiskies over its rich hundred-year history.

The Maker’s Table also has a display dedicated to Malt Master David Stewart’s 60-year tenure at The Balvenie – a nod to how he’s the longest-serving Malt Master in the industry. Stewart’s knowledge and methods not only moulded The Balvenie, but also the world of whisky.
