Time Out says

A love story takes an unexpected turn in Rusalka, a piece often referred to as one of Dvořák's most exceptional operas. The fairytale revolves around a water nymph named Rusalka, who enlists the help of a witch to make a prince fall in love with her. Their romantic journey undergoes an unexpected challenge as Rusalka eventually realises the sacrifices she must make to pursue her true love. This poses the question: To what lengths are we willing to go to for the sake of love?

Supported by the National Arts Council, this opera is under the direction of Ms. Jeong Ae Ree, the artistic director of New Opera Singapore. The musical direction is led by Chan Wei Shing, while Chong Wai Lun takes on the role of Chorus Master.
