Princess Kaguya

Princess Kaguya is a traditional Japanese folktale, typically told through shadow puppetry. Staged by Japan shadow puppet troupe Silhouette Theater Tsunobue, the show tells the story of a farmer who finds in a bamboo stalk a girl from the Moon and decides to raise her as his own. This version also features an interactive segment during which children can learn to sing together with the characters.
