Pesta Raya

Celebrate Hari Raya Adilfitri with Esplanade’s Pesta Raya, the annual celebration of Malay arts and culture. The best of theatre, dance and music from the Nusantara, or Malay archipelago, converges together on one platform right here in Singapore. Look out for Malaysian brothers KRU’s live concert, the play Rosnah – which tells the story of a young Malay woman in London – and a concert celebrating legendary Malay music composer S. Atan. There’ll also be programmes for the little ones, such as wau-making and storytelling workshops.
