The ten-day festival presents a lighter side of the arts – think quirky theatre, music and dance pieces. This year’s programme includes Australian comic duo The Umbilical Brothers, master puppeteer Bernd Ogrodnik, a kaleidoscope-making workshop, and plenty of circus games and activities.
