Each workout lasts for 45 minutes with a new round starting every three minutes. There are 12 three-minute rounds and 30 seconds rest in between boxing and strength training. Feel the burn as you torch 700 calories without fatiguing the body. With no fixed class times, you have the freedom to work out anytime you want and start on any new round between one to 12 without having to book beforehand.
