ClassPass

Try Classpass for free

Prefer workouts with a twist? ClassPass is the go-to app for innovative yoga, boxing, cycling, Pilates, barre, CrossFit, dance, and even gyms. The app offers fitness enthusiasts access to the best studios in the city including WeBarre, Freedom Yoga, Haus Athletics, Ground Zero, Anthem and boOm. ClassPass also uses a credit system which gives members the flexibility to go for more classes each month by booking lower credit ones or join in their favourite workouts as much as they’d like at a higher credit rate.

What we think: With the diverse workout options, ClassPass provides the freedom to tailor each workout according to the body and activity levels. There are reviews and ratings about each workout to equip you with information on intensity levels. The app is easy to navigate and the booking process is really straightforward. The credits set for each class are pretty reasonable ($50 includes 50 credits for five to eight classes, $100 includes 200 credits for book 28 to 31 classes). However, classes get fully booked out quick, and you either have to wait for another available slot – or when someone cancels!

GuavaPass

For an all-in-one access to a plethora of fitness classes and studios in Singapore, look no further than GuavaPass. Gear up and choose between de-stressing at Yoga Mala to stretching out at Barre Lab, riding at Aqua Spin to hitting a HIIT session at HIIT-Box, and more. The classes are specially curated to allow members to reserve them according to their schedules and interests. It doesn’t stop there – these fitspo pros also collaborate with other brands including food, activewear and more to help you give your healthy lifestyle an extra boost.

What we think: Get more bang for your buck when you sign up for six months of unlimited classes at $169. It’s an affordable option if you’re one to hit the gym more than three days a week. Unfortunately, it caps at a maximum of three visits per studio. The app, on the other hand, details each workout with in-depth information including routines, equipment, venues and ratings which are helpful for beginners. Prefer working out with a friend? GuavaPass has a buddy system that allows you to connect with friends and peep at the classes they’ve registered for.

KFit

Going beyond fitness, KFit teams up with the best studios, gyms, spas and salons to amp up your experience. Work up a sweat at the Yoga Collective, Singapore Tennis School, Impact MMA, The Rock School, and more before relaxing with a massage at one of the best spas in the city – all easily booked in one app. The app also offers special deals, saving you up to 70% off per booking.

What we think: The deals are ace if you’re looking to save some cash. Alternatively, you can opt for 10 classes at $129 per month. For the spontaneous sort, you don’t have to worry about booking classes in advance as it allows you to book classes an hour prior to the slot. However, this is based on availability.

What we think: If you don’t want to commit to any subscriptions, Activpass is your best bet. It doesn’t come with monthly contracts or memberships. Plus, the app is easy to use and allows you to book last-minute sessions and deals.
