Gyms and studios offering outdoor classes in Singapore

When you can’t afford to lose your gains

As part of a slew of tighter measures to curb the rise of community cases in Singapore, the government has recently announced that indoor gyms and fitness facilities will need to close from May 8 to 30. With the exception of low-intensity physical activities, including yoga and pilates, all other forms of group exercises will not be allowed.

But the calories must still be burnt, and the gains must be kept. Gyms and fitness studios around town have quickly pivoted to provide outdoor lessons, allowing gym-goers the chance to continue their sweating routine in an alfresco setting. Ahead, we round up some outdoor classes to help get you through the next three weeks.

For those looking for a challenge, consider the outdoor Spartan or Calisthenics Skills. A starter pack of three classes starts from $45, and a 10-class pack goes for $214.
