The highlight of the 30-minute classes at 9Round? You can show up – at any time. There are no scheduled classes, just drop by whenever you’re free, wrap up, and get started. The kickboxing circuit workout consists of – you’ve guessed it – nine stations in total, each lasting for three minutes. There’s a screen at each station that demonstrates the move, which can range from boxing stances to strength-building exercises, but a trainer will also be present to help guide, correct, and push you throughout.
