TOTT, or ‘Tools of the Trade’, is Singapore’s (and Asia’s) largest shop specialising in culinary related products, services and activities. This 36,000 sq ft venture houses a bistro, a cookbook corner, children’s play area, a ‘Bake & Go’ counter, a 12-counter cooking studio and a 64-seater demo studio. While supervisors assist children in baking 30-minute cakes, adults can peruse the goodies: from NordicWare and Jamie Oliver merchandise to private and corporate courses.
