The date: our daters had a meal at Zafferano

First impression

Kelly: “He wore really bright pants and his accent intrigued me.”

Joshua: “She has awesome hair and her face matched up. She’s a good looking lady.”

Chemistry

Kelly: “He’s a nice guy and seems to be really adventurous. We have quite a lot in common.”

Joshua: “We love sports and we’re both open-minded. I was pleasantly surprised to meet such a good match on a blind date.”

Awkward moment

Kelly: “He’d bring up the view in an attempt to ease the awkwardness – which was ironically the only thing I found awkward about the date.”

Joshua: “Nope, we were talking non-stop. The bar manager had to remind us to eat because the food was getting cold.”

Afterwards

Kelly: “After dinner, we decided to go to another bar. We left after a drink because it was already closing for the night.”

Joshua: “We lost track of time and were the last ones to leave the restaurant. We went to get another drink and headed home soon after.”

Verdict

Kelly: ♥♥♥♥ “Given that this was my first date in four years, I thought it went well.”

Joshua: ♥♥♥♥ “I would give the date a five but I’m not sure how she felt about it. To me, a perfect date requires two hands to clap.”
