First impression
Wan Lin: ‘He seemed like a very young, polite guy. He was a bit awkward at first, though.’
Bryan: ‘She seemed very introverted at first – but also pretty conscientious.’
Chemistry
Wan Lin: ‘We have many common interests, so the conversation flowed quite well. We talked a lot about school, sports and food.’
Bryan: ‘We talked about our common interests like travelling and food. It was more about getting to know someone new.’
Awkward moment
Wan Lin: ‘In the beginning it was a little awkward, but after we found out that we both liked sports and food it was good.’
Bryan: ‘The first few minutes were quite awkward because she seemed shy. But we were able to break through that quickly.’
Afterwards
Wan Lin: ‘It was quite late and he was having the flu so we left for home after dinner.’
Bryan: ‘We exchanged Instagram handles, but I didn’t ask for her number. I don’t really ask girls that; they ask me.’
Verdict

Bryan: ♥♥♥♥♥ ‘It’s a misconception that you need “sparks” on a date. Maybe I’ll ask her out for a drink and we’ll see how things go from there.’
