Yong Seng Coffee has been around since 1974, and specialises in Nanyang-style robusta beans that’ll make a great cup of kopi. At the helm of this family-run stall is third-generation owner Marcus Tay, who hopes to brew up a new chapter. Beyond creating a digital presence for Yong Seng Coffee, he wants to showcase how traditional kopi and modern specialty beans can co-exist. At the stall, you’ll find traditional blends of Nanyang-style robusta roast, done in the exact same way as the yesteryears, alongside unique arabica beans from various origins. Not sure what to grab?
