Yentafo Kruengsonge

Much like our version of yong tau foo, yen ta fo is a Thai noodle dish served with rice noodles, toppings like fish paste, tofu and deep fried fish skin, and served in a mildly sweet pink sauce. The chain is so popular that in Thailand it has 28 outlets, serving hearty meals at affordable prices. Aside from noodles, rice dishes like basil chicken rice are also available.
