Taipei yakiniku chef import Jones Chen partners the business minds of Tom Kong and Winston Wong to launch a grill room with an open kitchen on Ann Siang Road. The grilled meat experience here comes in an omakase set ($120), showcasing Australian A10-grade wagyu, Japanese wagyu and USDA Prime, as well as pork, lamb and seafood cooked by Chen and his team in the dark, Manhattan-cool room.
