Back for its ninth year, Wine Fiesta, organised by The Straits Wine Company, promises to be an exciting event for both neophytes and oenophiles with over 350 wine labels for tasting from 70 global winemakers. With the wide array of vintners and wines available, there is a bottle for every taste and budget. This year, the festival will focus on sustainable and natural ways to produce wine, inviting four producers from the Basket Range region of Adelaide Hills to share their techniques. Enjoy these naturally produced wines with a gastronomic spread from seven of Singapore's most renown chefs including Dave Pynt from Burnt Ends and Rishi Naleedra from Cheek by Jowl at the Winemaker's Table Dinner ($228).
