Well of course, bubble tea giant, Koi would be rolling out a brown sugar series. Keeping it to three limited choices of brown sugar milk tea, fresh milk and black tea latte ($4.10-$5.70), it might lose out to what the other brands are offering, in terms of brown sugar milk tea. Still, it makes up for it with its other signature drinks and favourites.

An alternative to big brands brown sugar milk tea, this cosy bubble tea store on Rangoon Road surprises with its brown sugar milk with pearls ($4.50). The pearls are soft and comparable to melting ice-cream. The brown sugar pearls are sticky and chewy which blend well with the thick creamy milk that still manages to feel light when drinking.
