VLV Singapore combines a stylish Chinese restaurant, a glamorous Club Lounge, an al fresco courtyard bar and a riverfront dining area to present you with an all-in-one dining and entertainment experience. Housed in a historic building built in the 1880s, VLV helps you imagine what elegant parties of yesteryear in Singapore were like.
Wine and dine in style at the restaurant that presents Cantonese dishes with a modern flair. Conceptualised by executive chef Martin Foo, who has been cooking for more than 25 years in restaurants like Lei Garden and Tung Lok Signatures, the menu features traditional dishes with a twist like black truffle roasted duck ($90/whole) and kimchi seafood fried rice ($28). Every weekend, gather family and friends for a leisurely dim sum brunch buffet ($58/person). There are seven live stations serving dishes à la minute on top of all-you-can-eat servings of dim sum, all made in-house.
In the evening, grab a cocktail and lounge in one of the plush sofas or head over to the dance floor to party away. If EDM isn't your thing, make your way outside to the courtyard where a live band plays every night. VLV Riverside is also where the kitchen doles out local zi char fare including Chairman's Crab, steamed crabs on a bed of bonito-flavoured egg whites topped with ikura, curry fish head, and deep fried bullfrog with ginger.
