This humble vegetarian stall might serve a colourful range of juices (no surprises from its name), but most people visit Tracy Juice Culture for another reason – a savoury noodle dish known as Tracy’s Special Udon ($7.80). It's earthy, umami-rich soup base is made from diced mushrooms and it comes packed with other ingredients like mock meat and broccoli, making it a hearty, healthy meal you can slurp down with ease.
Pair it with a glass of Creamy Beetroot, a blend of beetroot, carrot, apple, pineapple, and oat milk; or the popular Apple Wheat with wheatgrass, lemon, green apple, pineapple, and kumquat. Look out for its special thunder tea rice, available only during the first and 15th of the lunar month, or sample its range of healthy desserts including Tracy's latest creation: a collagen-rich peach gum cheng tng ($5). The price might be steep, but the dessert comes studded with generous bits of the prized peach gum that lends the sweet treat a unique texture.
