Tin Hill Social x Elijah Holland Four Hands Celebrates Foraged and Farmed Local Produce

In another Four Hands installation, Tin Hill Social executive chef Michael Lewis and Australian master forager Elijah (EJ) Holland are collaborating for a three-day-only dinner. The five-course dinner focuses on produce all gathered within a 51-kilometre radius of the Turf City restaurant, and features signature dishes from both chefs. At an additional price of $45, the dinner can be paired with organic wine sourced from Australia and New Zealand.
